By accessing leaseclear.ai or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What LeaseClear is

LeaseClear is an early-stage product currently in pre-launch. At this stage the site collects email addresses for a waitlist. When the product launches, it will provide AI-assisted, plain-language summaries of residential lease agreements to help renters understand what they are reviewing.

LeaseClear is designed to help you ask better questions — not to replace a lawyer.

3. What LeaseClear is not

LeaseClear is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
LeaseClear output does not constitute a legal opinion or legal review.
LeaseClear does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind.
LeaseClear is not a substitute for consulting a licensed attorney in your state.

4. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, any particular pricing, or any specific feature set. We will notify waitlist members when early access becomes available. We may limit, delay, or cancel early access at our discretion.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the site.
Submit false or misleading information.

6. Intellectual property

All content on leaseclear.ai — including text, design, and code — is owned by LeaseClear and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and any information provided are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaseClear is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Lista de espera y acceso anticipado
